What should I do if someone else is being hacked?

Well, I've been playing a Pokemon battle simulator for a few months now, called Pokemon Online. They have several servers. Recently, there's been a hacker on the prowl there. He goes by the name of SkarmPiss. He uses Proxy IPs so we can't track him. Me and my friends are thinking that we have his IP address. He might live in Moncton, Canada... But this hacker is 16 years old and he threatened to delete my friend's C:Drive. My friend can easily negate the deletions with System Recovery. But, this hacker hacked all of my friends' Emails, youtube accounts.... Everything they have, really. I'd like to know what my options are while keeping my internet anonymity. Plus I'm in Middle School, so you can understand why. Again, the hacker might live in Moncton Canada. I'm certain his IP starts with 142. Please, help.
