How do you get a mom goat to start feeding with her udders again. Any help would be awsome:)?

Udders aren't cracked or sore she just won't let her babies drink. She is a pygmy goat and she had really big udders then after she gave birth and her babies started drinking they got small and she won't let them drink now.
