Ping suddenly rises in MTA.What to do?

So,there is this server on which i get 200 ms average,but from 2 days i am getting 400 ms average,this leads to console kicking me due to high ping.What can i do to make it normal.This is really annoying me.BTW MTA=Multi Theft Auto. www.mtasa.com
