Who would you call rude in this situation?

I work at a restaurant. While another server and I were on break, one of our coworkers started asking for bites of the other girls food. She told her no, I'm really hungry etc... Anyway she would not take no for an answer and kept asking. My coworker then screamed I"M NOT GIVING YOU ANY OF MY FOOD! STOP BEGGING! IT'S RIDICULOUS!. Our break table is in the dining room. So all of the customer's heard it. The girl walked away fast, and later told me she was humiliated. I think they were both rude. What are your thoughts?
