Question about otocincluses?

I have a 10 gallon tank with 6 dwarf rasboras, 2 sparkeling/PYGMY(NOT DWARF) gouramis, and 2 otocincluses. For a while now the otos have been very quiet and they dont touch the algae wafers i put in. they dont really swim around and they stay in the same spot for hours. what can i do?
