HeLp Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Kay, so I had hair that went down about to my armpit but i cut the dead ends cut but she cut it up to about a few centimeters below my shoulders and I'm bout to go to highschool in August and i want it bout the length it was cause the long look is in and my hair doesn't grow that fast i have extensions from my beauty pageants but i have a mild case of alopecia anmy doctor said i shouldn't wear them any ideas or tips on how to make it grow faster please help:P
