I seriously need help BIG TIME, anyone help me please?

A long time ago I would cut myself and I have scars from it now. I'm going to be in a beauty pageant Wednesday. Any tips to hide my scars? Oh and also I need some beauty tips to tell my stylists and some short hair updo ideas
