Im looking for the name of an early xbox or gamecube game.?

In the game you take on the roll of a space dressed character who has some influence on these colored pygmie type characters (possibly hundreds at a time), i cant remember the exact goal of the game other than trying to solve puzzles with the differnt colored pygmies in the game.
