Why is my pygmy hedgehog is being sick ?

I have just fed her a couple of meal worms and she had some of her normal dry food and then straight afterwards she threw it all up. I have only had her for a few days and yesterday she had some rather runny poops as well. She is 6 months old and very adventurous and outgoing, Thanks!
