I have some online games in mind that I want to know more details.?

Have you guys ever heard of C9 (Continent of the Ninth) and TERA (The Exiled Realm of Arborea) both of them are online games, not your usual MMORPG, but a MMO Action game more like Monster Hunter and Vindictus Online. I'm wondering if anyone knows about their server status (what countries are they available in, are they Live or Beta?) I've been trying to look for some information but maybe it was not just enough. Maybe someone from here could help with this issue I have here. Thanks.
