Good place to buy a stunning pageant dress near Lansing? Preferably in deep red?

I'm competing in a small pageant, nothing too serious so I don't want a store with thousand dollar dresses. I'm quite small so I'm looking for a size 2 or 4 dress and a "princess poufy" style bottom with lots of silver glitter embellishments. I've tried craigslist and ebay but nothing has come up that interests me. I've looked at Macy's and Jcpenny's with the same results. I'd like some suggestions of places to go or brands that are of nice quality? I'm willing to spend up to $100 seeing as this pageant isn't too serious. Thanks!!!
