How long after a goat loses her ligaments should she enter labor?

Once the ligaments are gone & you can just about touch your thumb & fingers together around the tail head the doe can possibly kid within 12 hours. Possibly is the operative word, though. Does never seem to want to kid when we think they should or when all of the signs are right : ). Is your doe's bag full & is she showing any of the other signs of impending labor?
