How difficult is it to remove squatters from a buy-to-let property?

..I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here...anyway not squatters if the rent is being paid...look over the tenancy agreement...I expect it is reasonable to expect fixtures and fitting to be at a safe height i.e. not needing the use of a chair and you could be liable if someone gets hurt.
