Why don't guys approach me?

I'm attractive enough and I have a good personality. I've been in a few pageants (not bragging) and won two so I think I'm fine w/ looks and how I carry myself. Guys never seem to approach me. Whenever I like a guy and try to talk to him the guy ends up ignoring me and leaving. What's going on?!
