My pet Pygmy goat just died...?

She was the mother of my other Pygmy goat. She was screaming and crying when it happened but she has calmed down and went to sleep. But I'm concerned if she will do ok on her own, she's been with her mother for 2 years and she's never been alone. Should I try to find her a friend?
