League of Legends "server busy try again later"?

Whenever I go to log into LoL It'll let me put my info in, but then the cursor turns into a stopwatch and it says "Server busy, try again later" I have been trying for three days to log in and the server is online for the rest of my friends... What's up with this and how can I fix it? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, power cycling my router and modem, and making sure my internet browsers aren't in offline mode. Halp!
