FAILED TO BIND TO PORT?

So i started a new minecraft server (It was all working before) with the 1.7.2 update. I also updated my game, but now i am getting the same old "FAILED TO BIND TO PORT" Message when I try to boot up my server. I have a linksys model WRT54G and have forwarded all my ports. In server IP i have my servers actual IP, since that is how I set it up before. It has all been running smoothly until today, also a power outage occured on my street when the server stopped working, but I reforwarded my ports, and have the same IP still. Please help ASAP.
